The 19th Annual Meeting of the IATA Ground Handling Council in Istanbul was yet another great success for Penauille Servisair. The IGHC is the principal forum for international ground handling executives, with membership from more than 400 organisations that provide ground-handling services to airlines across the world.
Penauille Servisair had the chance to unveil its new positioning statement which reflects to “thinking locally, acting globally.”
“thinking locally, acting globally.” is Penauille Servisair’s essence, it explains who they are, what they are and how they do things. The message is about working in partnership at each location, with each Customer, and ultimately developing an integrated offer of consistent services across a global network.
Jacques Guerin, Penauille Servisair Chief Executive Officer commented: “The IGHC conference was a fantastic week and a great opportunity for us to launch our new brand identity and image and to meet with a lot of customers. Our display stands looked superb and clearly reflected our new positioning statement. The development of the global mosaic stand, which is made up of more than 300 images of our employees across our network, provided evidence of how we worked together locally and around the globe to create this powerful image”.
