Since 2009 Finnair has been the only Nordic airline with a 4-star Skytrax rating.
Skytrax, an international research company for the air transport industry, has renewed Finnair’s 4-star rating based on a product audit conducted as part of the World Airline Star Rating program. A comprehensive audit was carried out on 18 flights in February, during which the auditors carefully examined hundreds of elements of the service and product at airports and onboard.
Since 2009 Finnair has been the only Nordic airline with a 4-star Skytrax rating. The 4-star airline rating is presently awarded to 35 airlines around the world.
