For the twelfth consecutive year, Joyce Falcone – The Italian Concierge has been selected by Travel + Leisure as a top travel advisor specializing in Italy. One of the highest accolades in the travel industry, Falcone has been selected by the editors of Travel + Leisure to be included in their November 2020 edition magazine “A-List” for her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in the arena of Italian tourism. To be included in the Travel + Leisure 18th annual “A-List”, the magazine editors selected 123 top agents & tour operators to be featured. Out of those honorees, five agencies were selected for this prestigious accolade for Italy, only three were U.S. based, one of which being Falcone.
Falcone’s venture into Italian tourism began in 1996, when she worked as a tour guide and manager for several American travel companies, escorting groups throughout Italy. Her vast knowledge of Italy and extensive list of contacts derives from 20+ years of exclusive travel to Italy.
The concept of specializing in one country sprouted from her passion of Italian culture and the desire to share this information with American travelers. Falcone “relishes having the opportunity to learn something new about the country, people, and culture I am so passionate about. One can never become bored with travelling in Italy, every stone has a story to tell.”

Among her personal experiences, Falcone has hiked her way across Elba, skied and hiked the Dolomites, sailed from Sicily to Naples, and bathed in the natural hot springs on the “secret” Italian island of Pantelleria. She knows the best boutique hotels and hideaways throughout the country while constantly sourcing small properties and keeping on top of new openings during each visit.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
