Leading Group Sales introduces revolutionary online meeting planner

Leading Group Sales has just launched the Leading Online Meeting Planner to give event organizers a distinctive edge in helping their clients choose the ideal venues for their conferences and social functions.

This innovative, interactive tool provides multi-dimensional views of a hotel’s meeting facilities, as well as floor plans and capacities, and illustrates where each room is located in the hotel, relative to the other meeting spaces.  Clicking on an accompanying equipment menu enable the planner to see the positioning of windows, doors, pillars or other stationary fixtures, lighting and power sources, and technical equipment. Another menu provides illustrations of different set-up configurations: banquet, cocktail, ballroom, u-shape, theater, etc.

Thorsten Meier, managing director worldwide of Leading Group Sales, said, “We are very excited to be able to offer our customers this revolutionary, state-of-the-art tool to help them best serve their clients.  Its unique capabilities allow them to better ‘visualize’ the attributes of the specific facilities, enabling them to make the best selections possible.”
