Norwegian Cruise Line’s new South America sailings now available to bo

Guests can book a new South America cruise on Norwegian Sun or a Caribbean sailing from Port Canaveral on Norwegian Spirit.

WIESBADEN – Norwegian Sun will return to South America for the first time since 2010, sailing 14-night South American voyages between Valparaiso (Santiago de Chile), Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina from November 21, 2015 to March 26, 2016. Ports of call include Puerto Montt, Chile; Puerto Chacabuco, Chile; Punta Arenas, Chile; Ushuaia, Argentina; Stanley, Falkland Islands; Puerto Madryn, Argentina and Montevideo, Uruguay. Guests on board will also enjoy a scenic cruise through the Chilean Fjords, Strait of Magellan and around Cape Horn.

Norwegian Sun will also offer several other itineraries from North American West Coast in Autumn 2015, including: a four-night Pacific Coastal from Vancouver on September 28, 2015; three 11-night Mexican Riviera cruises from San Diego; a 17-night voyage to South America from San Diego on November 4, 2015, including a stop in Callao (Lima), Peru, from where an optional overnight excursion to Machu Picchu is offered; and a 20-night South American Explorer cruise from Valparaiso (Santiago de Chile), Chile to San Francisco on April 9, 2016 also offering an optional overnight excursion to Machu Picchu.

Returning to the Caribbean from Europe, Norwegian Spirit will offer alternating 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries departing Port Canaveral, USA every Saturday from November 21, 2015 through April 16, 2016. Norwegian Spirit’s Eastern Caribbean itinerary visits Nassau, Bahamas; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The ship’s Western Caribbean itinerary will include stops in Key West, USA; George Town, Grand Cayman; Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Norwegian’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. Prices start from 529 Euros per person. Guests can also book the ship’s Transatlantic voyage from Barcelona to Port Canaveral, a 16-night itinerary departing on November 5, 2015, with ports of call in Madeira, Portugal; St. John’s, Antigua; Basseterre, St. Kitts; Philipsburg, St. Maarten and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Guests looking to sail the Eastern Caribbean from Miami have two additional itineraries available to book aboard Norwegian Pearl: an 8-night cruise departing on January 2, 2015 that also includes a stop at Norwegian’s private island in the Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay, as well as a 7-night voyage departing on February 6, 2015. Also on sale is an 11-night roundtrip Panama Canal cruise from Miami in autumn 2015 aboard Norwegian Pearl that will include a stop at Norwegian’s new private island in Belize, Harvest Caye. Departing on October 18, 2015, the itinerary includes ports of call in Cartagena, Colombia; a daytime taster sailing of part of the Panama Canal; Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; Trujillo, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize and Costa Maya, Mexico. Further dates for this and a 10-night partial Panama Canal itinerary are available in winter 2015/16.
