Ryanair launches enchanced group travel service

Customers can now access an online booking form on a dedicated Groups section on the homepage of the Ryanair.com website making it even easier for schools, sports clubs and all other large party organisers to book their travel.

Ryanair launched an enhanced Groups travel service making it even easier for groups to book the lowest fares via Ryanair.com. Ryanair’s enhanced Groups travel service (for parties of 20 or more) offers all group members the same set low fares, flexibility on name changes and lower sports bag fees, as Ryanair continues to improve the travel experience.

Customers can now access an online booking form on a dedicated Groups section on the homepage of the Ryanair.com website making it even easier for schools, sports clubs and all other large party organisers to book their travel.

This is the latest in an on-going series of Ryanair customer experience improvements under the “Always Getting Better” program, including the launch of the new Ryanair website, a new app with mobile boarding passes, allocated seating, a second carry-on bag allowance and a dedicated family service, Family Extra, as Ryanair continues to offer so much more than just the lowest fares, with further improvements to come in 2015.

Ryanair’s Head of Groups and Corporate, Carol Anne O’Neill said: “Ryanair is pleased to launch an enhanced Groups service, making it even easier for travelling parties to book the lowest fares on our new online booking form, via a dedicated groups page, on Ryanair.com. Ryanair’s group service significantly lowers the costs of travel for groups, schools and sports teams across Europe and makes travelling in a group even simpler for customers, as we continue to improve our product offering as part of our “Always Getting Better” customer programme.”
