Such a stellar event was only realizable thanks to Europe Congress’s cooperation with its international and multinational event partners. The first organisation to thank for supporting this forum is visitBerlin, the Berlin convention office.
The MCE Central and Eastern Europe 2016 MICE business forum has come to a close, leaving just happy and satisfied faces. Through this whirlwind of excitement within the action-packed programme, the 2,5 days passed by very quickly. Europe Congress is very proud of its latest edition of MCE Central and Eastern Europe, which, in line with past trends, was the firm’s most successful event.
Such a stellar event was only realizable thanks to the company’s cooperation with its international and multinational event partners. The first organisation to thank for supporting this forum is visitBerlin, the Berlin convention office. Their cooperation has allowed MCE Central and Eastern Europe to take place in Berlin, allowing the historic German capital to host to such an illustrious event. The Monday evening dinner and party at Spindler & Klatt was an evening serving memories to cherish forever. VisitBerlin,’ Senior Marketing Manager Simon Hiebenga and Director of Conventions Heike Mahmoud expressed their happiness and gratefulness for the amazing work done by Europe Congress in bringing such large group of valuable event planners together in the city of Berlin, showcasing what the destination has to offer.
The next company to thank is the dear host of the event, the Hotel Berlin, Berlin. The hotel’s fantastic facilities and incredible support throughout the event made the whole experience a superb one for everyone involved. Credit is also due to Europe Congress’ other equally valuable partners. The first of these is Adlon Holding, who hosted the spectacularly opening dinner at the amazing Felix ClubRestaurant. The dinner was a unique networking opportunity as the participants experienced traveling throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The second of these is S.E.T.T. who provided the essential DMC support to make sure that all of the participants managed to get to and from the event in comfort. To top it all off, Jonathan Bradshaw, the keynote speaker and leader of the educational sessions really made the experience something very special. And obviously the most important aspect of the forum are the buyers and suppliers themselves. By participating, they have all made new and valuable contacts and will be making many valuable business deals.
Managing Director Alain Pallas of Europe Congress stated when asked about the reason of the success of the event: “We at Europe Congress put quality ahead of quantity. We offer equal and fair conditions for all and push our team to the limit to assure our guests satisfaction. We much realize that we serve the industry and at all times assist in what matters most in our work, namely creating business connections, supporting business cooperation and so to deliver business synergy at our events. We are very grateful for the trust that we receive from our participants in order to make that happen now and in the future.”
Namely, they are MeetingPlanners Russia in September 2016, MCE South Europe in November 2016 as well as next year’s MCE Central & Eastern Europe 2017. These events will be at just as, if not more successful than the one just concluded and sensational MCE Central & Eastern Europe 2016 in Berlin.
