A recent survey has found that sniffer dogs and the 6am pint are amongst the top things that UK travellers miss about airports.
Airport Parking Shop surveyed 2,000 British adults to uncover the things they miss most about the airport since travelling has been restricted.
The survey found:
- 61% of previous travellers said they miss the airport
- Nearly 14% of respondents answered that the biggest thing they miss about airports is the knowledge that they are either going on holiday
- Another 14% named the airport atmosphere as the thing they miss the most
- It was the traditional airport food and alcohol that was of the utmost importance to almost 13% of respondents
- Along with 6am pints, sniffer dogs are also being missed by Britons.
