Airlines signed up to the programme will be able to use Uber services to transport travellers, such as passengers or crew, to a required destination, providing a streamlined method of getting them to their accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The service puts the traveller firmly in control, allowing them to determine when they’re ready to request a driver, all without the need for an Uber account or the Uber app. Upon receipt of the ride request, travellers are promptly notified via SMS and provided with a link to track their ride on Uber’s website, providing them with peace of mind and ensuring they’re well-informed throughout their journey, while keeping the airline up to date at every step.
Throughout the process, airlines are able to track the traveller’s journey to ensure their safe arrival at their destination. iCoupon provides its airline partners with sufficient data to track this, while respecting GDPR regulations and traveller preferences.
