Art de Vivre launch their unique Summer European Villa Collection 2016

Recently built villas have been added to the collection from the Algarve and the islands of Mallorca, Ibiza and Mykonos.

AYLESBURY, UK – Art de Vivre, renowned for their handpicked portfolio of top rental properties worldwide, have launched their Summer Europe Collections – Villas by the Sea and Villas in the Country.

European Villas by the Sea features beautiful villas by the Mediterranean with panoramic views out to distant islands. Recently built villas have been added to the collection from the Algarve and the islands of Mallorca, Ibiza and Mykonos. The most spectacular of these is Villa Escarpa in the Algarve, bringing the famous Bauhaus style into the 21st Century with open plan living, inside/outside design and high ceilings. The hi-tech kitchen and 3D Cinema Suite are the epitome of what Villa Escarpa offers to its guests, the latest and greatest in technology and comfort. The location is unique also, set on a beautiful escarpment meadow overlooking the stunning Algarve coastline and village of Praia da Luz.

Other highlights in the By the Sea Collection is the elegant Villa Zeus in Mallorca, the award-winning minimalist Can Dos Rocas created from natural materials in the typical Ibizan style and the 8-bedroom Karma Pelikanos in Mykonos with infinity pool and views over the Aegean sea.

The European Villas in the Country series reflects Art de Vivre’s international clientele desire for privacy and unique experiences, found in the most culturally and historically rich locations in hidden rural Europe. In Umbria, the 11th Century Castello di Reschio offers six stunning restorations each with unique designs or historical importance within its 3,000-acre estate. Guests experience the region’s delicious cuisine by visiting the local market with their private chef and getting immersed in an unforgettable culinary journey. The estates host many olive groves, vineyards, hunting reserves and fishing lakes; offering countless authentic activities. Another unique property is the The Catalonian estate of Mas Mateu in Costa Brava offering its guests Southern Europe’s leading Equestrian Facility on-site, led by a member of Spain’s prestigious training team. All of these rustic properties have modern facilities; infinity pools, private cinema rooms, high-tech gyms and a helicopter pad.

Art de Vivre continues to seek out exclusive private properties and estates that offer their guests ‘money can’t buy experiences’ which are matched with a personal bespoke service.

“We are delighted with the contrast of stunning modern architecture and hand-crafted restorations that our European collection offers and the truly unique and exciting experiences available for our clients to enjoy” comments Julie Gauthier, Art de Vivre’s Founder.
