New Grecotel unit in Athens

The Grecotel<.> accommodation chain has introduced a new member to its large family – the Omonia<.> Grand Hotel, situated in the heart of Athens, on Omonia Square.

The Daskalantonakis group`s latest addition, an impressive sight, is representative of the ongoing renewal of Omonia Square. A total of 1.4 billion drachmas went towards the renovation of the existing unit`s 115 rooms. All rooms are soundproofed and have airconditioning, heating, a mini bar, satellite TV and voicemail while PCs, faxes, printers and an Internet service are also available for a fee.

The inhouse Omonia Times restaurant, located on the mezzanine, has an air of luxury and is ideal for inner-city business lunches.
