DAVIS, CA – The 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Davis, California is set to open this Friday, March 6 with its upscale, stylish decor that offers flexibility, while creating a unique environment. Located at 4647 Fermi Place, the all-suite Residence Inn Sacramento Davis will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Jackson Hospitality, LLC and managed by Brighton Management, LLC of Newport Beach, California.

Located 10 minutes from downtown Sacramento and 19 miles from Sacramento International Airport, the Residence Inn Sacramento Davis offers its guests convenient access to the Mondavi Center and the UC Davis campus.

“We are pleased to introduce Residence Inn to the Davis area,” said Diane Mayer, Vice President and Global Brand Manager, Residence Inn at Marriott International. “When on the road for an extended period, our guests need space to spread out, maintain their life’s pace and restore their energy to keep a healthy balance and routine while traveling. “The City is happy to welcome the new Residence Inn. During discussions with large business leaders in our community I heard about the need to have lodging for business people for longer stays. Marriott and Residence Inn are trusted brands which will now be represented in Davis”, said Davis Mayor Brett Lee.

In an effort to make the environment a healthier place by conserving energy, 50% of the hotel’s power is provided by solar panels and provides electric vehicle charging stations.
