Xhibition has been appointed to support the global communications for Gekko Group’s existing properties – Provocateur Hotel in Berlin and Roomers Hotel brand with properties in Frankfurt, Munich and Baden-Baden.
FRANKFURT, GERMANY – Xhibition PR has been named the agency of record for the leading German hospitality brand, Gekko Group. Established in 2003 by hoteliers Micky Rosen and Alex Urseanu, Gekko Group is a pioneering hospitality brand with a portfolio of hotels, restaurants and event spaces, all boasting unique concepts that are unmatched on the German hospitality scene. Xhibition has been appointed to support the global communications for Gekko Group’s existing properties – the daring Provocateur Hotel in Berlin and Roomers Hotel brand with properties in Frankfurt, Munich and Baden-Baden, and spearhead the launch of new projects including the acquisition of Travelcoup, a new semi-private airline, and the new Roomers Parkview property set to open in Frankfurt in Q2 of 2024.
Expanding into different verticals across the travel and lifestyle industries, Gekko Group has recently partnered with Travelcoup, Europe’s first provider of scheduled flights with a semi-private concept. After officially launching in August, Travelcoup VIP offers a flight schedule from Munich and Zurich to Mallorca and Ibiza with the advantages and amenities of a private jet at business class prices. Additional flight routes across Europe and four further jets already in the pipeline for 2024.
Looking beyond its typical travel and hospitality remit, Gekko Group will launch ‘No Rooms’ this October; a bespoke retail experience focused on the three pillars of curated brands, collaborations and original designs rooted in Gekko Group’s iconic hospitality brands. The initiative is led by Daniel Steindorf, the Managing Director of No Rooms and founder of Uebervart, and will be an extension of Gekko Group’s unique approach of catering to the needs of its community.
Gekko Group will continue to expand on the Roomers brand story with the arrival of Roomers ParkView, a 136-room-and-suite hotel in Frankfurt’s Westend, set to open in Q2 of 2024. The new Roomers ParkView will give great consideration to a large volume of top-level suites with an exemplary F&B concept as the main focal point, complete with a sky bar on the 17th floor and an exclusive Roomers Spa & gym, all envisioned by Italian designer Piero Lissoni.
