90% of Ryanair flights on-time in July

Less than 1 complaint per 1,000 customers according to Ryanair's July customer service statistics.
Ryanair released its July customer service statistics with:
 
· 90% of over 57,000 flights arriving on-time
· Less than 1 complaint per 1,000 customers
· Less than 1 bag complaint per 1,000 customers
· Over 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days.
 
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “Ryanair carried over 10.1m customers in July with 90% of our 57,000 flights arriving on-time as we continued to improve our customer experience. All Ryanair customers can now also book their flights even earlier on our improved website and app with mobile boarding passes, carry a free small 2nd carry-on bag, enjoy allocated seats, avail of our Family Extra and Business Plus services, and use their personal electronic devices at all stages of their flight, as Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than just the lowest fares – with much more to come.
