ATPI Sports Events has seen strong growth in recent months with significant business wins in the UK, Australia and The Netherlands. Wins include the appointment as the official global hospitality agency for the 2017-18 edition of the Volvo Ocean Race. The new roles for van Berkel and Aulbers come as the Group plans for continued growth in 2017 for the global ATPI Sports Events division. Van Berkel will report to Andrew Waller, international director of corporate development, and lead ATPI’s events businesses in both The Netherlands and Canada.
