EU funds Greek tourist programs

The European Union<.> (EU<.>) has approved and budgeted 482 projects of tourism, with a totaling value of 338,000 Euro (approximately 115 million drachmas).

These include yacht marinas, port upgrading and docks for cruise ships; mountain, ecological, cultural and therapeutic tourism; upgrading of hotel units; creation of facilities for special tourism; services to medium businesses and computer networks, and education programs.
