Guests meet, mingle and indulge to create a fun evening with specialized food from each of the ten top European Destinations.
DALLAS – Following the success of EUROmeet functions held in New York and Minneapolis, the ten top leading European destinations collaborated once again for the 3rd annual event, this time in Dallas. A “Who’s Who” of meeting and event planners, managers and executives from the Dallas area plus the heads of ten European destination marketing organizations (DMOs) came together for an exclusive networking event called EUROmeet. The hosting DMOs – all with offices in the USA – include England, Flanders, France, Germany, Ireland, Holland, London, Monaco, Spain and Switzerland.
EUROmeet was designed to bring together local area meetings professionals with European destination representatives and offer an opportunity to meet with them all under one roof. This offers planners the opportunity to tap into the knowledge, information and resources of the DMOs on how to plan a meeting in Europe… at a convenient, informal, after-work event.
The leading destinations in Europe hosted the meeting professionals for an evening of fine European wine and culinary delicacies from each of the countries. An interactive approach with chefs on hand ensured that each attendee learned about what each country produces but also how it tastes. Bringing together our common theme of good food and fun, each guest received the special EUROmeet Cook Book – clearly a recipe for success.
