Azamara adds two new sailings to Canada and New England for 2024

New England

Azamara will make its long-awaited return to Canada and New England, visiting exciting maiden ports.

LONDON – Azamara – the small-ship cruise line renowned for Destination Immersion and Extended Destination Days – unveils two sailings for fall 2024, visiting new ports across Canada and New England. Following the recent unveiling of six Canadian and New England voyages for 2025, the cruise line will return to the region sooner than previously announced with these two new journeys, offering a bounty of Extended Destination Days for more time to explore amongst the vibrant fall foliage.

The two new voyages that travellers can sail onboard Azamara Journey include:

  • The 12-Night Canada/New England Voyage (12 October, 2024): Travellers can wander the historic streets of Boston and discover charming coastal cities in Maine before making their way to Canada. Azamara Journey will sail Quebec’s one and only fjord – the Saguenay Fjord – and stay overnight in Quebec City, encouraging guests to immerse themselves in the unique French-Canadian culture, diverse food scene and stunning surrounding nature.
  • The 15-Night Colonial America Voyage (24 October, 2024): Embarking from Montreal, travellers will explore Quebec City, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick before making their way down the American East Coast. This voyage cruises the Cape Cod Canal, spends 14 hours in iconic New York City, and visits quaint seaside spots like Newport, R.I. and Charleston, S.C. before concluding in Miami.

David Duff, Managing Director UK at Azamara comments: “We are very excited to bring Azamara’s destination intensive approach to New England and Canada at such a unique time of the year. I’m sure they will prove to be very popular with our loyal guests”.

Travellers can also book one of the six recently announced 2025 sailings, spanning new and unique ports across Canada, New England, Iceland and Greenland. Guests will have the opportunity to discover the storybook towns of Prince Edward Island, mountain peaks or hidden waterfalls in Grundarfjordur, Iceland, and lush scenery along the St. Lawrence River.
