airBaltic to improve service to Brussels, Belgium

For summer 2013, airBaltic has introduced six new destinations – Prague (Czech Republic), Heviz-Balaton (Hungary), Olbia (Sardinia, Italy), Rijeka (Croatia), Larnaca (Cyprus), and Malta.

RIGA – On September 9, Latvian national airline airBaltic will introduce an additional flight frequency from Riga to Brussels the capital city of Belgium. The improved service will offer convenient travel between the two airports, and beyond to destinations in the Baltics, Scandinavia, Russia, and the CIS.

Michael Grimme, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic: “We are encouraged by the high demand for airBaltic flights to Brussels. We are delighted to introduce an additional flight frequencies to Brussels in midday.”

airBaltic will fly from Riga to Brussels daily. Passengers will board a Bombardier Q400Next Gen aircraft for a flight that will last for 2 hours and 55 minutes.
