Carlson Hotels Worldwide announced that the company has added nine new locations under three of its brands globally in July. These include five new Radisson Hotels & Resorts® properties in South America, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.; three Country Inns & Suites By Carlsonsm locations in India and the U.S.; and one Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts property in the U.S. Since the beginning of 2005 the company has added 69 properties around the world, bringing Carlson`s total property count to 905 hotel and resort operations in 68 countries. Carlson hotel brands include: Regent International Hotels, Radisson Hotels & Resorts®, Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites By Carlsonsm and Park Inn®.

Five New Radisson Hotels Span the Globe
Five new Radisson properties were added in July in South America, North America, Europe and the Middle East. These included two Chilean hotels: the Radisson Hotel Iquique and the Radisson Hotel Antofagasta; the Radisson SAS Royal Suite Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; the Radisson SAS Hotel-Paris Boulogne in France; and the Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport in N.Y.
The Radisson Hotel Iquique is in a regional vacation destination, just minutes away from the city`s business district and the social spots of Playa Brava and Cavancha. This property is the only hotel in Iquique to offer wireless Internet access, as well as complimentary shuttle service to
and from the airport. All 78 guestrooms offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as cable television, dual-line telephones, complimentary
bottled water and a coffee maker.
The hotel`s Brick Restaurant is one of the city`s most frequented venues, featuring international cuisine and local Chilean seafood specialties. Two
meeting rooms are also available, with capacity for up to 40 people. The hotel also offers a business center.
