MADISON, WIS. – Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., North America’s largest family of indoor waterpark resorts, announced that affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a leading private investment firm, have completed their acquisition of Great Wolf Resorts from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (together with its consolidated affiliates, “Apollo”). The acquisition was announced in March 2015.
