ORLANDO, FLA. — Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based, private hotel management and investment company, began operating the 195-room Residence Inn Near Universal Orlando and the 160-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive/Convention Center.

Situated at 5616 Major Blvd., the five-story property is proximate to other such family-friendly destinations as Walt Disney World Resorts and SeaWorld. As a Universal Partner Hotel, property guests may enjoy shuttle service to and from Universal Orlando, as well as discounted merchandise and F&B specials. Rooms come with a 37” flatscreen HD TV, fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator and utensils, as well as an oversized work area with multiple outlets and two-line telephones with voicemail. Guests also receive a daily, complimentary breakfast with fresh Florida orange juice.
