NEW ORLEANS – The Windsor Court, an elegant escape in the heart of a legendary city, announce a significant evolution as one of New Orleans’ most iconic hotels. Embarking on a fresh chapter with the unveiling of a new brand identity, name change, logo redesign, reimagined outlet names and logos, website, taglines and marketing campaign, The Windsor Court presents a comprehensive transformation while preserving the hotel’s longstanding commitment to unparalleled, timeless service.

“Our new brand identity is a direct reflection of our continuous efforts to adapt, innovate and stay at the forefront of New Orleans hospitality while maintaining the timeless elegance and luxury that has become synonymous with our name,” said Ralph Mahana, general manager. “What remains is our continued commitment to offer an unparalleled guest experience in New Orleans.”

  1. Refreshed Brand Identity: The Windsor Court has undergone a meticulous reimagining of its brand identity, encapsulating its essence as a destination that seamlessly blends tradition with contemporary sophistication – changing from Windsor Court Hotel to The Windsor Court. The new supporting logo and visual elements reflect the hotel’s refined elegance, while capturing its commitment to delivering personalized service and creating unforgettable experiences. The new Windsor Court logo is comprised of the logomark and logotype, cleanly designed in the hotel’s official primary brand colors of navy, hunter and linen.
  2. New Tagline: “Long Live New OrleansÔ” conveys meaningful connections between Windsor Court guests and the city of New Orleans. These connections turn into one-of-a-kind experiences and then cherished memories, so guests forever remember celebrating the great destination.
  3. Renovated Spaces: Every detail of the Presidential Suite, rooftop pool, Gallery meeting space, and Fitness Center have been thoughtfully reconsidered to provide a sense of refined comfort and contemporary luxury. The redesigned spaces showcase an updated yet classic aesthetic, state-of-the-art amenities, and cutting-edge technology. Further renovations are planned throughout 2024 to complete a property-wide reformation.
  4. Updated Outlet Names and Logos: The Windsor Court shares outlet name adjustments and new logos for The Windsor Court Spa, The Polo Club, The Pool Bar, and Last Sunday Coffee Bar. In step with the name change, the logos have undergone a transformation to carry forward the heritage yet communicate the vibrant and evolving ethos of these Windsor Court outlets.
  5. Marketing Roll-out: Debuting a new website, images and media placements designed to reintroduce The Windsor Court within national and regional media outlets while enhancing digital marketing efforts and social media marketing efforts.
