This new chapter for Jadranka Turizam will focus on growth, innovation, and better positioning of the island of Lošinj and its hotels in the global market.

Zoran Pejovic, a hospitality development and operations executive with over twenty years of international experience, has driven numerous luxury projects from conceptualization to communications and global recognition. With a focus on responsible hospitality, his work includes the innovative Maslina Resort on Hvar Island and the ultra-luxurious Villa Nai 3.3 on Dugi Otok Island. Zoran has been involved in developments in Norway, and the United States, and has consulted on projects worldwide. Zoran’s earlier career features roles with esteemed brands such as Aman Resorts and SilverSeas, as well as the successful management of a group of his own bars and restaurants, including the award-winning Paradox Wine & Cheese Bar in Split.

As a public speaker and advocate for responsible hospitality, Zoran emphasises the need to reshape employee journeys, making the industry more appealing to younger generations. His expertise and passion have led to the successful execution of award-winning projects that are recognised for their commitment to sustainability, luxury, and authentic experiences.

“I am honoured to join Jadranka Turizam as the Chief Transformation Officer.
