Festive Road, the global consultancy on a mission to #CreateBetter travel & meetings management, has added three new Roaders to support its expanding outsourced travel management services for global clients. These new appointments, each based in the US, include:

  • Barbara Arena – Global Category Manager: Barbara joins from Oracle, where she was Principal Category Manager for Global Travel Sourcing. With more than 25 years of experience, she also held the role of Team Lead for the Oracle VIP Travel Desk while at Rosenbluth International.
  • Frasier Johnson – Learning & Design Content Manager: Frasier represents new talent to the industry, bringing more than 10 years of experience with governmental organizations, most recently with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. She has also consulted with the Defense Health Agency, General Services Administration, Department of Defense, Veteran Affairs, and Homeland Security.
  • Amy Williams – Technical Program Manager: Amy brings more than 20 years of experience in software architecture, development, training, and mentorship. She began her career in corporate travel technology at Concur, worked with Atriis as a Customer Solutions Architect, and was an independent consultant focused on mid-office and booking tool implementations for regional and multi-national TMCs.

Speaking of the appointments, Louise Kilgannon, Festive Road Managed Services Lead, said, “Through the growth of our outsourced travel offering, we’re thrilled our clients can lean on us even more to serve as an extension of their teams. Our newest Roaders have the experience and the skills necessary to help our clients create better travel programmes, and we’re thrilled they are part of our growing team.”
