30+ list of airports/airlines with COVID-19 testing (current and coming soon) for Christmas travel

With it being harder than ever to schedule and receive timely COVID-19 test results, more airports and airlines are offering testing for travelers.

Despite COVID-19 cases surging in the United States, 46 million people will fly for the holidays and more than 85 million Americans will travel just for Christmas, according to recent survey at The Vacationer.

Airports Currently Offering Covid-19 Testing:

  • Arizona – Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

  • California – San Diego International Airport (SAN) – Alaska Airlines Passengers Only
  • California – San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – Cathay Pacific Airways Passengers and United Airlines Flights to Hawaii Only
  • Georgia – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) – To Amsterdam: Through January 6, 2021 and To Italy
  • Oregon – Portland International Airport (PDX) – Alaska Airlines Passengers Only
  • Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) – Certain American Airlines Passengers Only
  • Texas – Houston – George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) – Certain United Airlines Passengers Only  – Mail-In Testing

While not at the airport, Hawaiian Airlines offers drive-through testing near the following airports: McCarran International Airport (LAS), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
