- Mr. George Drakopoulos, General Manager, Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises (SETE), Greece.
- Mr. Theodoros Kalathakis, President, Kappa Foods and Kappa Studies, Iraklion, Crete.
- Mr. Zacharias Kaplanides, Economist, President of European Federation of the Associations of Professional Congress Organizers (EFAPCO).
- Mr. Karl-Heinz Langenbach, Chief Executive Officer, Langenbach AG (Cuisine Modern), Germany.
- Mr. Antonis Panagiotopoulos, President, Greek Academy of Taste, Greece.

The members of the Professional Advisory Board contribute through their stature and professional experience, to the structure and implimentation of Trinity`s academic and internship programs so that the may be fully consistent with the trends and needs of the work market.
From time to time, they also bring their professional experience more directly to Trinity`s students, through their participation in seminars, symposia, etc., organized by TRINITY.
