Egypt Tourism Authority encourages tourism in association with EGYPTAIR

Egypt Tourism Authority in association with EGYPTAIR has launched a fully liveried taxi advertising campaign in Central London with leading taxi advertiser London Taxi Advertising.

The campaign will run for one year, and has launched to build momentum of the destination during the run up to the World Travel Market, the leading global event for the travel industry held at London’s ExCel Centre from 5th – 8th November 2012.

The full taxi liveries will showcase the destination to the thousands of international global travel trade people attending the event.

As well as targeting the business-to-business audience, the taxis will cover central and suburban London targeting consumers whilst out on the street. The taxis run with the slogan ‘Visit Egypt – Fly Egypt Air’ to promote tourism to the country and increase brand awareness of EGYPTAIR’s quality offering, an airline part of the Star Alliance network.

The taxis aim to encourage travel to Egypt to discover a world of wonder of the desert, river cruises, turquoise waters and first class getaway resorts.
Taxi Advertising is an integral part of the ETA’s advertising plan in the UK. “We are very happy to be working with the Egyptian Tourism Authority and Egypt Air to promote the Country in the UK, the striking taxis look fantastic on the road and are sure to tempt any traveller to visit the beautiful destination” – Paul Tremarco, Sales Director at London Taxi Advertising.

Full livery taxi advertising allows advertisers to use the unique advertising space and platform to design a creative ad campaign, whilst increasing cover build and brand awareness due to the moving nature of the London Taxi.
