Organised by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), in 2011 the ENTER conference will be held in Innsbruck, Austria and will be hosted at Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH from 26th to 28th January 2011.
ENTER2011 – eTourism Present and Future Interaction, offers a worldwide and unique forum for attendees from academia, industry, government, and other organizations to actively exchange, share, and challenge state-of-the-art research, and industrial case studies on the application of information and communication technologies to travel and tourism. The three tracks, Research, Destinations and Industry are designed in a way that enables maximum exchange of information and interaction.
This year the ENTER conference committee is glad to announce a great line of keynote speakers for the conference. These include:

Professor Lorenzo Cantoni, ENTER2011 Chairman said “ENTER2011 is confirming to be a true international event, able to attract people from the academy and from the industry, showing how top quality research and innovation promote dialogue and knowledge sharing”.
Professor Dimitrios Buhalis, President of IFITT said ENTER goes back home to Innsbruck in 2011 and is promising to be one of the most exciting events ever. The technology fuelled revolution in tourism has been amazing in the last 20 years and many innovations have been discussed and developed in the ENTER conference. The IFITT community still innovates and predicts the future of tourism and technology.
