Inntopia, a subsidiary of Northstar Travel Group, acquires Ryan Solutions

Ryan Solutions’ CRM database marketing business expands client product offerings.

STOWE, VERMONT, USA – Inntopia, the SaaS e-commerce software subsidiary of Northstar Travel Group, has acquired Ryan Solutions, the leading CRM database marketing business serving destinations and resorts.

Ryan Solutions, started in 2004, provides database marketing services to resorts, destinations and attractions, with leadership in the mountain destination and ski resort industry. Ryan Solutions' CRM database marketing complements Inntopia's SaaS e-commerce solutions for resorts, destinations and attractions, with a similar profile of current and prospective customers.

The founders of Ryan Solutions will continue with the combined Inntopia/Ryan Solutions business. "We have worked closely with Trevor Crist and the whole Inntopia team for several years providing complementary services to our common clients. We are very excited to merge our businesses to create a fast growing, diversified software and services business for our markets," said Corey Ryan, founder and CEO of Ryan Solutions.

"We believe the combination of Ryan Solutions and Inntopia offers our partners a broader set of technology solutions to drive engagement, bookings and loyalty for their customers and to expand their business," said Trevor Crist, CEO of Inntopia, Inc.

Inntopia, Inc. is a subsidiary of Northstar Travel Group, the leading business-to-business information, marketing solutions, face-to-face events, business intelligence and software company serving the global travel industry.

"The acquisition and merger of Ryan Solutions and Inntopia is another important step in the transformation of Northstar into a marketing solutions and technology company serving all key segments of the travel industry," said Tom Kemp, CEO of Northstar Travel Group. "Ryan Solutions is the first acquisition since our new partnership with Wasserstein Partners which was completed in June." said Kemp.
