Expoforum International is planning to make the most of worldwide connections fostered by the Expoforum venue to launch an international PCO offering.
Expoforum International will launch at IMEX 2019 – providing a truly global PCO service for international associations looking to host events in St Petersburg.
Already well known in domestic markets, with 55 years of successful event delivery, Expoforum International is planning to make the most of worldwide connections fostered by the Expoforum venue to launch an international PCO offering.
The news follows the recent announcement that Expoforum as a venue has become a preferred supplier to INCON and lays the foundation for the PCO division, Expoforum International, to join INCON as a full partner in the future.
Expoforum will be launching the new PCO offering on Tuesday 21st May 2019 on the INCON stand (A400) at IMEX in Frankfurt. Throughout the whole show, the Expoforum team will be showcasing not just the venue but the wider PCO offering to hosted buyers and visitors.
In addition to logistical support, Expoforum International will specialise in the wider needs of associations looking to hold their events in St Petersburg. Services will include identification of local hosts and ambassadors, development of relationships with local industries and academics, assistance in the sourcing of government subvention and visa support. Ultimately, Expoforum International will be able to support bids from start to finish, ensuring that local ambassadors and organisers maximise everything both the venue and city have to offer incoming events.
Maria Tsedeviyn, International Promotion Director at Expoforum International: “Despite being Russia’s capital of conferences and congresses, St Petersburg is lacking when it comes to a strong PCO offering. As a venue, our global links allow us to reach beyond local and regional borders, meaning we can support major international events looking to come to our beautiful city and venue. Launching this PCO service is a logical step for Expoforum as it allows us to deliver the more comprehensive levels of service required to bring complex international events here to St Petersburg.”
As an INCON preferred supplier Expoforum has access to the network’s vast client base and opportunities. These include the fact that INCON partners organise more than 10,000 projects annually for 3 million delegates across 170 destinations.
