BREDA, NETHERLANDS – ITS RezExchange, a premier provider of global distribution services for the hospitality industry, and Mirage Hotel Systems, one of the industry’s premier property management systems have completed a highly functional two-way interface. With the new interface, hotel companies deploying the Mirage PMS can now efficiently manage multiple distribution channels for multiple properties.
The ITS RezExchange-Mirage PMS interface, already in use by six properties in the Coast Hotels Group, is the latest example of ITS RezExchange’s bridge architecture that offers solid connectivity between buy-side channels and a host of industry-leading property management systems.

ITS RezExchange is designed to work for hotels of all types and sizes to help track inventory across various buy-side channels. ITS RezExchange customers can manage the global distribution system (GDS), central reservation systems (CRS), online travel agencies (OTAs) and branded website (Booking Engine) channels from their own property management systems. Client hotels receive all reservations from these channels directly into their PMS databases. The platform’s single-image inventory design allows for last-room availability on all channels without the risk of overbooking. ITS RezExchange’s GDS service ensures that its client hotels are bookable on all the Global Distribution Systems under the company’s TS chain code.
“The great thing about this interface with Mirage-and the many other interfaces involving ITS RezExchange-is that it allows revenue managers to set and manage rates, availability, rate controls and content from the PMSes they are already using and are comfortable with. No need to learn new technologies or buy expensive new software,” says Edwin Leenheer, managing director of ITS RezExchange. “It also means the hotel receives all reservations from its various channels directly into the PMS database, without any unnecessary extra or manual steps.”
