113-suite hotel in Avon, Ohio will blend style, form and function for travelers.
ROCKVILLE, MD. – Choice Hotels International, Inc., Ceres Enterprises, LLC, and Consolidated Construction Company are set to break ground on a new Cambria Suites hotel at 35600 Detroit Road in Avon, Ohio on October 21, 2013.
The 113-suite hotel, expected to be completed in early fall 2014, will be designed for guests who want to take their lifestyle with them when they travel. The rooms, typically larger than traditional hotel rooms, will exude a more intimate decor and offer separate work and living areas with ergonomic chairs, moveable desks and upscale linens. Each suite will allow guests to stay connected and enjoy prime entertainment with amenities such as two flat-screen LCD televisions, a CD/DVD player, and MP3 jacks.
The entire property will offer complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet access. Like all Cambria Suites hotels, the Avon property will feature other fine amenities such as Reflect, a casual dining area serving a dinner menu, liquor, wine, beer and freshly prepared grab-and-go gourmet salads and sandwiches, a barista bar featuring coffee and a hot breakfast buffet; Refresh, a state-of-the-art fitness center with an elegant pool and hot tub/spa area; and Refill, a 24-7 convenience store that offers energy drinks, snacks and sundries.

Owners Frank and David Crisafi of Ceres Enterprises have extensive experience in hotel and real estate development. They currently operate a very successful Cambria Suites in Noblesville, Indiana, along with several other premier hotel franchises in the Ohio area and beyond.
