Project Development Services, Inc. selected as Project Manager for El San Juan Resort renovation

Set to complete in late 2016, the project will include a full renovation of all 387 guestrooms and public areas.

ATLANTA – PDSI, a major hotel project management and development firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, has been tapped to oversee the comprehensive renovation planned for the El San Juan Resort and Casino. The property was acquired by Fundamental Advisors LP, Leon, Mayer & Co., and Aimbridge Hospitality in July 2015.

Set to complete in late 2016, the project will include a full renovation of all 387 guestrooms and public areas. Upgrades will also consist of a new arrival experience, food & beverage outlets, meeting and event space, expansion of pool areas, a luxury day spa expansion, and a new fitness center building.
