The Government of Croatia (GoC) is pursuing a policy of privatizing state-owned companies in a wide variety of industries, including the hotel industry. Accordingly, the GoC, represented by the Croatian Privatization Fund (CPF), as owner, has indicated its willingness to sell a majority stake in several hotel companies from the state tourism portfolio. The hotel companies will be offered for sale to potential strategic investors, domestic or foreign, through a competitive tender process that will be organized and run by the CPF.

- HOTEL NEPTUN d.d. – DUBROVNIK
- HOTELI MLINI d.d. – DUBROVNIK
- GRAND HOTEL PARK d.d. – DUBROVNIK
- KASTELANSKA RIVIJERA d.d. – KASTEL STARI
- HOTEL LERO d.d. – DUBROVNIK
- HOTEL KOMPAS d.d. – DUBROVNIK
- HOTELI SUMRATIN d.d. – DUBROVNIK
