ATCHEZ, MISS. –  Visit Natchez has officially announced the launch of its new brand videos. These videos highlight the destination’s key pillars including cuisine, culture, heritage and outdoor offerings, and they will be used to further promote Natchez as a premier tourism destination and bring the new “Experience Elevated” Visit Natchez Brand to life.
The destination marketing organization’s goal through these brand videos with marketing agency, Madden Media, was to capture the city’s essence and visually display the activities, experiences, locations and values to be found and enjoyed in Natchez. The videos beautifully represent the city as an elevated destination full of charm, historic and cultural character, inclusion and hospitality.
“We are excited to launch our new brand videos as we believe they provide an accurate and artistic visual of what all awaits in Natchez,” said Devin Heath, executive director of Visit Natchez. “The videos highlight a number of Natchez’s beloved offerings that we hope will inspire travelers to visit and experience for themselves.”
Visit Natchez’s new brand videos include various nods to the town’s culture, history and future. The Cultural video calls attention to institutions, new and old, that play a critical role in telling Natchez’s historical story including the Proud to Take a Stand Monument, Melrose Mansion, the Dr. John Banks House, Grand Village of the Natchez Indians, Temple B’Nai and many more, showcasing opportunities for learning, reflecting and growing.
The Outdoors video highlights ways to interact with Natchez’s distinct landscape, including horseback riding, biking and strolling along the iconic Natchez Bluff, kayaking and fishing the mighty Mississippi River, celebrating at the city’s unique outdoor venues, and more.
The General Travel video celebrates the spirit of the destination by showcasing the noteworthy historic homes, delectable and distinctive culinary scene, charming shops and social activities.
Earlier this year, as part of this new branding, Visit Natchez unveiled a new logo and new website that features robust imagery, narratives with more user-friendly navigation, a page dedicated to the city’s cultural heritage and more.
