Traveltek will simplify booking processes for travel advisors across Colletts’ Leisure network.
LONDON – Colletts Travel, part of Global Travel Collection UK, is rolling out Traveltek – a new fully-integrated booking tool for its luxury leisure travel advisors.
Traveltek will allow advisors to access flights, hotel and cruise package rates with live availability and pricing 24-hours a day. The introduction of the platform means timesaving, as the bulk of bookable content will be integrated, making it possible to create bespoke packages immediately and to pull full itineraries as and when required.
The implementation of Traveltek at Colletts will allow for increased productivity and profitability compared to other agencies who currently employ the tool. Advisors will no longer need to rely on GDS to make an initial booking. Colletts Travel will have the ability to own all bookings and function as a traditional tour operator with the help of its advanced technology, whilst reducing the use of third parties. The booking process will be more seamless, with the capability to display key information and marketing content for luxury travel advisors. It comes as GTC UK looks to grow and evolve its support for its advisors and affiliates, streamlining and increasing efficiency across the board.
Small in-person training group sessions have been held at GTC UK’s central London office as in-person training is important to advisors. They had the opportunity to understand fully how to maximise the use of the system and this allowed an open learning environment with opportunity for all questions to be addressed.

Additional system updates are planned for the end of 2023, based on aggregated user feedback. There will also be opportunity to develop the back end of the platform for a more tailored tool which fully complements the Colletts business model, including a more advanced flight booking functionality.
