The Legacy 500 is the first of a new generation of business jets, and redefines the midsize category.
SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, BRAZIL – Embraer delivered the first Legacy 500, its new midsize executive jet. The launch customer, a Brazilian company, received the aircraft during a ceremony at Embraer headquarters, in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

The Legacy 500 is the first of a new generation of business jets, and redefines the midsize category. With sophisticated technologies never before seen in their respective classes, this aircraft also brings innovation to the manufacturing system, with extensive use of automation, robotics and paperless assembly processes.
The fleet of Legacy 500, which now begins operation, will be sustained by a broad support network, already established by Embraer Executive Jets. In addition to the owned and authorized service centers, a Contact Center, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, is available to customers with experienced professionals, ready to respond to a variety of needs.
