Fare of London scores 84% in best employers in hospitality awards employee engagement survey

When asked if they would recommend the company as a good place to work, 89% of employees gave a positive response and 91% of employees responded that they “care about the future of the company”.

Contract and event catering company Fare of London has achieved a score of 84% in the Best Employers in Hospitality (BEH) Awards employee engagement survey. The survey was conducted by Employee Engagement experts, People Insight Ltd on behalf of Caterer.com. Designed to measure employee’s attitudes and beliefs, the survey consisted of questions concerning key employee engagement issues, the results of which were compiled and calculated to give an average of 84%.

When asked if they would recommend the company as a good place to work, 89% of employees gave a positive response and 91% of employees responded that they “care about the future of the company”. The company also achieved a score of 95% from employees when asked about customer service, a figure 5% higher than the BEH average.
