On hand were some one hundred representatives of the travel trade of Greece, from travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, islands, cruise companies and travel associations.
Ioannis Stephanides, president of the EOT, was on hand to meet with many visitors to the stand and to host a cocktail reception for several hundred special guests.
Among participants in this year's EOT exhibition at FITUR were Andy's Tours, Tryfon Tours, Veramundo tour operator, Triaena Tours, Fantasy Travel, Grecotel, Golden Sun Cruises, Arvanitis Travel with Divani Hotels, the island of Mykonos with the Hoteliers Association of Mykonos, the island of Crete, the prefecture of Attika (Athens), Olympic Airways, Athens Express, TraveJet, Renaissance Tours, Latin Sun, Amphitrion Holidays and the Grande Bretagne Hotel with Starwood Hotels.
The Hoteliers Association of Mykonos organised a half-day Mykonian Workshop of professionals, with a presentation, announcements and reception.
