BARCELONA – Rentals United announces a partnership with Denver-based Evolve. As part of the top 10, of The Top 50 Property Managers of the World List of 2020, Evolve is a property management company with approximately 15,000 properties under management across the United States.
CEO Brian Egan was recently featured in the Secret Sauce Podcast speaking of how he grew his company to 15,000 properties in under 10 years. In the interview, Brian speaks about the uniqueness of the vacation rental industry as a whole, “I believe that people are coming to this category precisely because they love the fact that it’s not commoditised. That every home is
different. That no matter what Evolve does, every family room is going to look and feel different.
I think that embracing that fact up front is a really key element of this.” This partnership allows for Rentals United to work with Evolve to optimize revenue and growth strategies when it comes to marketing planning and distribution.
Jay Whiteley, Senior Director of Distribution Partnerships and Performance Management at Evolve says, “Part of becoming the most trusted brand in vacation rental means doing everything in our power to maximize profits for our homeowners. We know that partnering with a world class channel manager is critical to that mission and we’re so excited to join forces with
Rentals United as an innovative step towards maturing our distribution strategy.”
James Burrows, CEO of Rentals United says, “Partnering with Evolve is significant to Rental United’s business strategy of working on a holistic basis with enterprise companies to offer not just marketing distribution but full-service revenue management and growth strategy. We are thrilled to be working with Brian and his team for the years to come.”
