Frederic Le Gallois will report to Arnaud de Saint-Exupery, Area Vice President UK/Ireland and General Manager.
Originally from France, Frederic Le Gallois’ extensive hospitality career spans nearly 20 years and has taken him all over the world. From his home country, to Morocco and Brazil and most recently, to London, where he currently resides and is the newly appointed Hotel Manager of the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill.
Frederic’s interest in the industry started from an early age, when he studied Hospitality in high school. He then went on to complete a Food & Beverage High-Level Technician Diploma before beginning his hotel career at the Grand Hotel Intercontinental, Paris.
Frederic has worked with some of the most iconic luxury hotels, including; The Four Seasons Hotel George V (Paris), Hotel Le Meurice – Dorchester Collection (Paris), Oetker Collection (Paris and Sao Paulo) and was instrumental in the opening of Royal Mansour (Marrakech), where he held the position of Food & Beverage Director for three years. During his career path, he worked across various departments including overseeing Banqueting teams, leading F&B operations including many Michelin-starred restaurants & concepts, and supporting pre-opening functions. In his latest role, he joined The Connaught Hotel in London, part of the Maybourne Group, as Hotel Manager overseeing the whole operational team which he successfully led from 2016 to 2018.
In his current position, as Hotel Manager at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, Frederic will continue to lead all operational functions as well as maintain the hotels’ impeccable customer service and reputable Churchill experience through developing the long-standing local community partnerships and ensuring a memorable stay for each and every guest. He will report to Arnaud de Saint-Exupery, Area Vice President UK/Ireland and General Manager.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
