Gallery Hotel is a top-class hotel with its own special atmosphere, located in central Barcelona, close to Passeig de Gracia and around the corner from Gaudi’s La Pedrera. This 4-star hotel, which was founded in 1991, has achieved a new rating of 4-star Superior. Its central location, elegant and spacious facilities, the cuisine served at its restaurant, its exemplary customer service and, above all, values such as excellence, commitment, a warm welcome, passion and respect, have been decisive for bringing about this upgrade in category.
Continuing with the refurbishment carried out in 2014 on its lounges and public areas, Gallery Hotel has started 2015 with a full refurbishment of its bedrooms, and half of the hotel has now been renovated. This work will pause during the busiest months of the year, and continue in November this year to finish the last two floors by February 2016. Its new look tends towards the contemporary luxury style guaranteeing the comfort and rest of guests has been an essential motivation in the design.
These recently finished rooms have a clean and very bright design, and are equipped with the latest equipment in new technology. The materials used are all of high quality and combine trendy colours and textures in an elegant way. Each category of room is designed with different fabrics and an individual colour range.
These luxurious rooms offer comforts such as a hairdryer, cable TV, a laundry service, coffee and teas, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, 24-hour room service and full minibar in the room. The hotel can also boast skilled staff, including an Executive Chef, bellboys, reception staff ready around the clock to organize any external service, as well as a sauna, swimming pool, sun terrace, fitness centre, therapeutic massages and rooms adapted for people with physical impairments. These are all facilities that have contributed to the establishment’s new 4-star Superior category.
Gallery Hotel has rooms to cover the needs of all types of guest, for any kind of visit to the city. Once the refurbishment work has been completed, the following categories will be available:
- E-Rooms: individual rooms, with a size of 16m2, equipped with a full bathroom and the latest generation technology targeting young solo travelers.
- Classic Premium Room: bright 25m2 double rooms, with an attractive design. Facing either the Carrer del Rossello or onto the hotel’s interior courtyard, they have a queen-size double bed or two singles, as well as a large desk.
- Superior Room: rooms with a unique style thanks to the combination of sophisticated fabrics and textures. These recently refurbished rooms are 25m2, furnished with a large king-size bed and all have a desk and armchair. Most have views of the Palau Robert.
- Deluxe Room: exclusive rooms with two spaces: a bedroom and a separate lounge. They are decorated in a modern, elegant and welcoming style, combining a contemporary look with rich materials and fabrics. They are 37m2 and make for an ideal option for long stays or, with a double sofa-bed in the lounge, for families.
- Suite: The hotel has five luxury suites, all 45m2, with a large lounge and a bedroom offering views of the gardens Jardins del Palau Robert. Ideal for a luxury break or an important business trip, they are sophisticated, very spacious and have a king-size bed, dressing room, full bathroom, and a separate lounge with a small bathroom and bar.
