New 4* Llandudno Boutique Hotel joins HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts

Set on a Grade II listed Victorian building, formerly known as the Regency Royal, the hotel was purchased last December by private investors MBi Hotel Management.

The recently opened Llandudno Bay Hotel and Spa is North Wales’ newest luxury hotel and the latest property to join HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio.

Llandudno’s newest four star, the Llandudno Bay Hotel and Spa is a luxurious boutique hotel situated on the sea front Promenade. Boasting beautiful views across the Llandudno Bay, the hotel features 61 sumptous guest rooms with free WiFi, a chic champagne and cocktail bar, fine dining restaurant and event space for up to 200 guests.

Set on a Grade II listed Victorian building, formerly known as the Regency Royal, the hotel was purchased last December by private investors MBi Hotel Management. After undergoing a £4 million renovation, the newly renamed Llandudno Bay Hotel officially opened to the public last July. Both the hotel and spa represent a significant investment in Llandudno, having created around 100 full time and part time jobs in the area.

General Manager, Chris Evans, said: “Our guests’ reaction has been truly amazing. Everyone who has visited so far has complimented us about the styling of the hotel, the friendliness of our staff, the quality of our food and our welcome. We couldn’t be prouder!”

HotelREZ will provide the brand new hotel with GDS representation, under the HO chain code, as well as sales and marketing services.
