OSLO, NORWAY – Orchestra Networks, a leading data management software provider announced that Nordic Choice Hotels has selected Orchestra Networks’ “EBX5” software to manage its hotel master data.
Nordic Choice Hotels is largest hotel chains in the Nordic and the Baltic regions. A key franchisee for Choice Hotels International in Europe, Nordic Choice Hotels has Comfort, Quality, and Clarion branded properties – and nine unique specialty hotels – spread across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.
With nearly two hundred hotels in five countries, over 31,000 rooms, and nine million guests annually, Nordic Choice Hotels needed to build and maintain a centralized store of its hotel master data.
The objective of the master data program is a fully integrated hotel master, connected to operational (ERP, Workforce Management, CRM) and analytical systems (data warehouse, planning). This hotel master data program will initially focus on data governance activities, such as managing the critical data elements of their property management domain and their complex organizational structures.
