Nooitgedacht Village under new owenership

Immediate plans are to sell the available serviced erven on a plot and plan basis and complete and sell 13 Townhouse properties on a turnkey basis.

On Tuesday, 13 September 2022, Nooitgedacht Village, situated on the Kromme Rhee Road, Stellenbosch officially changed ownership. Rémey Property Group with its head office in Stellenbosch, is now at the helm to develop and complete this prime secure Lifestyle Estate in the heart of the Winelands. Residents and investors can look forward to an exciting future with dynamic plans worth R1.4 billion to further enhance the Nooitgedacht Village.

Immediate plans are to sell the available serviced erven on a plot and plan basis and complete and sell 13 Townhouse properties on a turnkey basis. Forthcoming enhancements will include a Restaurant, Deli, Coffee Shop, Shared Offices and Gym while a feeder Pre-School is also in the pipeline.

Nooitgedacht Village is set within a tranquil enclave, surrounded by picture-perfect vistas. Kem Westdyk, Sales Representative of Nooitgedacht Village says: “Our vision for Nooitgedacht Village is to create a vibrant and secure residential community with an offering for all generations within a secure lifestyle village. The ‘work, play and stay” philosophy will be deeply engrained, with high-speed fibre connectivity throughout the estate and shared offices already in high demand.  Residents have access to various cycling and jogging routes, as well as the Devonvale Golf Course.  It is near Stellenbosch and Paarl’s excellent schools, making an effortless school run and commute to work.”

The Master Plan will include family homes, luxury apartments to create a vibrant lifestyle, townhouses to start a family or scale down and a senior lifestyle precinct to soak up the ambiance of the surrounding mountains and vineyards.  The demand for lifestyle orientated secure living is high in the Cape Winelands area and Nooitgedacht Village will most certainly tick all the boxes to become Stellenbosch’s premier secure lifestyle Village of more than a thousand completed homes.
