Priority Pass launches Priority Lane to help members get ahead

Priority Lane will initially be available to members residing in the UK and will allow travelers to pre-book access to express lanes at security and passport control in select airports across Britain, the Middle East and mainland Europe.

Priority Pass announces that it is trialling Priority Lane, a new way for members to have a speedier airport experience.

Priority Lane will initially be available to Members residing in the UK and will allow travelers to pre-book access to express lanes at security and passport control in select airports across Britain, the Middle East and mainland Europe. These include:

  • Orio al Serio International Airport, Bergamo Milan – Italy – security
  • Palermo Airport Falcone Borsellino, Sicily – Italy – security
  • London Gatwick, London – UK – security and passport control
  • Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds – UK – security
  • Muscat International Airport, Muscat – Oman – security and passport control
  • Bahrain International Airport, Bahrain – Middle East – passport control

How it works:

  • Vouchers are available to purchase in advance via the individual airport guide pages on Priority Pass’ website. Booking times vary per airport and Members are advised to visit the pages for details
  • Members will receive their voucher in a confirmation email sent to the account linked to their Priority Pass Membership
  • Members should show their voucher (print or digital) at security or passport control

Members can purchase multiple express lane passes for any of the participating airports, with prices starting from £4. The cost will be in addition to their Priority Pass Membership and does not impact lounge visit entitlements. More airports are expected to join the program.

Priority Lane is one of the latest new initiatives created by Priority Pass to expand and enhance Members’ airport experiences. It follows the introduction of a number of new digital features in the last year. These include online airport guides, app-based airport maps and wayfinding, and the roll out of offers to save money on food, drink, shopping and spa services through merchant partnerships at the airport.
