KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has said that effective 23 April 2003, it will voluntarily de-list from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.



The airlines stated that In recent years, the number of common shares traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has been low and as a result it has decided to apply for a de-listing.



KLM shares will continue to be traded on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange Euronext and the New York Stock Exchange.
