Faithful+Gould partners with XJet for expansion in Denver, London, Dubai, Dammam, and Paris

XJet hubs will span airports including, Stansted, Dubai World Central, King Fahd International, Le Bourget and KAPA Centennial airports.

NEW YORK – XJet and Faithful+Gould announce the global expansion of XJet’s current hubs in Denver and London as well as the creation of new hubs in Dubai, Dammam and Paris.

XJet hubs will span airports including, Stansted, Dubai World Central, King Fahd International, Le Bourget and KAPA Centennial airports. The luxury private aviation company relocated its headquarters to Dubai, signing a 10-year lease with Dubai World Central (DWC). Construction of the hub’s 8,600-square-foot executive terminal building is now complete, interior fit-out underway, and opening planned in April 2016.

Faithful+Gould will provide XJet with program, construction and project management, cost scheduling and real estate services for the Denver, Dubai and Dammam projects. XJet CEO Josh Stewart will announce the company’s partnership with Faithful+Gould at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) World of Business Aviation Airshow in Las Vegas, NV, which takes place on November 17-19, 2015.

XJet Program Manager Scott Maish says, “We are proud to have been selected as Program Managers for XJet’s global expansion. Faithful+Gould’s understanding and background with exceptional aviation facilities and high-end amenities is a natural fit for XJet, who is establishing the platinum standard for private aviation facilities across the globe.”

Programming efforts are in progress for XJet’s executive terminal and hangarage at King Fahd International Airport (KFIA) in Dammam, which will be the first regional location to house private aircraft. KFIA is the third busiest airport in Saudi Arabia and shows the steadiest growth in private and business aviation. XJet’s hub and Stansted’s Diamond Hangar – one of the largest private hangars in Europe – continues to grow, with renovations in progress to create a new clubhouse and VIP lounges. The second XJet European hub will be located in Le Bourget, Paris, at a new-build facility.
