Aptech Computer Systems, Inc., the provider of hospitality software for business intelligence, enterprise financial accounting and resource planning, announced that three hotel companies selected the Profitvue ASP back office system for financial accounting.
The newest Profitvue version provides enhanced productivity tools for multi-property inter-company updates and new editing features for general ledger and accounts payable modules. Profitvue is used for enterprise back office accounting by more than 100 hotel companies operating more than 1,000 properties that include Crestline Hotels and Resorts, Concord Hospitality, Peabody Hotel Group, and Benchmark Hospitality International. Aptech also provides the Execuvue Business Intelligence System. Execuvue delivers performance analysis based on data pulled automatically from multiple sources that include time and attendance and financial systems, and Smith Travel metrics.

The award-winning Gold Eagle Lodge also selected Profitvue. “We had experience with Profitvue from our previous management company and felt it was the best system to automate our accounting processes,” said Laura Jackson, controller at the Gold Eagle Lodge. “Profitvue is extremely stable; we have never had to call Aptech’s support center.”
